• Once an in-depth spec has been developed, we will agree on a strategy for the best
route to market.
• From the spec, we will create an optimised advert which we will multi-post to our diverse
range of boards, including both general and sector specific platforms.
• We will conduct extensive research on your behalf, where we will map the market and
identify an entire pool of relevant candidates.
• We then utilise our extensive network, social media platforms and online databases to
make professional approaches to the candidates identified.

2. • We will provide a full report of the research we have implemented, which will help aid
future recruitment efforts.
• We will extensively screen each of the candidates by conducting both a telephone and
face to face interview, asking tailored competency questions as well as providing a
deeper understanding of the company culture and role.
• We will submit a bespoke brief for each candidate we shortlist, as well as any supporting
documentation we feel relevant.
• Following selection, we will manage the complete onboarding process
• We will propose the offer on your behalf and collect any additional documentation
including references, DBS checks, certifications.
• We will stay in touch with the candidate during their notice period, ensuring a smooth
transition.
• We coordinate the entire interview process for you.
• We will manage the rejection process
• We will feedback to each candidate and facilitate further stage interviews/work trials.
• We will stay in close contact with both you and the candidate within the first 12 weeks
of employment.
