2. Shefa Yamim (A.T.M.) Ltd. has commissioned
world-renowned jeweler Yossi Harari to create
a unique line of jewelry using the company's
precious gemstones. The cooperation between
the Israeli multi-commodity explorer of precious
stones and Yossi Harari perfectly closes a cycle
from when gems are sourced in nature through
to their transformation into breathtaking jewelry
that adorns the end-user.
Yossi Harari is a front-runner in his field,
continually pushing the boundaries of how
traditional jewelry is defined. His fine jewelry,
which is carried in luxury stores and boutiques
and favored by celebrities and discerning
jewelry lovers, is created using precious stones
set in pure 24k gold and his unique signature
alloy “Gilver” that combines oxidized silver and
24K gold to give a sophisticated black finish to
jewelry. For this collaboration with Shefa Yamim,
Harari has incorporated the incredible precious
gemstones that have been discovered by the
company into a unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry
line titled “Heaven on Earth.”
Shefa Yamim has made notable inroads in its
industry becoming the first gem exploration
company in Israel and, then, by making some
important geological and mineralogical
discoveries. Some of the precious stones
discovered by the company are new to the

3. world and now make up its “Gem Box” suite.
Among these is the most significant discovery
in quantity and size of Natural Moissanite™.
The Natural Moissanite™, which is considered
rarer and even more expensive than diamonds
(diamonds plus), had only been detected in a
meteor and was therefore lab-created for use
in jewelry. The Carmel Sapphire™ has unusual
mineral inclusions never found before, such the
Carmeltazite. The gemstone, which ranges in
color from orange to brown to blue to nearly
black, has been referred to as “Heaven on
Earth” by respected academic and Professor of
Geology at Macquarie University, Australia, Prof.
Griffin.
Prof. Griffin along with Prof. Suzanne Y. O'Reilly
and a team from the Macquarie University, have
collaborated with Shefa Yamim since January
2014 and researched the rare minerals, such as
the Natural Moissanite™, Carmel Sapphire™
and more. Additional proven findings by Shefa
Yamim include diamonds (rare), Sapphire, ruby,
Spinel, Hibonite, Ilmenite, garnet, and the HIM
Suite; Zircon and Rutile.
Harari’s signature award-winning jewelry is
handcrafted at his atelier in Istanbul using
ancient goldsmithing techniques. Also, just like
the Mediterranean archeological jewelry that
inspires him, every single clasp, bead, chain,
and bezel is crafted by hand without the use of
3
4. molds or castings. This
human touch ensures that
no two pieces are ever
exactly alike and this is
why Abraham (Avi) Taub,
Shefa Yamim co-founder,
and Vered Toledo, Chief
Operating Officer, sought
out the designer from
many others to form a
joint-partnership on the
project.
The collaboration plays
a significant part in
Shefa Yamim’s “Mine to
Market” development
strategy, which includes
exploration, mining, as well as designing and
selling its jewelry pieces containing gemstones
from the Holy Land.
Commenting on the collaboration, Toledo, says
that “during the process of creating this limited
edition jewelry collection, Avi, Yossi, and myself
have formed an incredible bond and a lasting
friendship, one that is as unique as the jewelry
itself. I knew immediately that Yossi was a perfect
choice. We shared a vision and a passion that
is both earthly and spiritual. Also, for us to be
able to create this incredible jewelry from stones
sourced in a land of such spiritual and religious
significance, is the fulfillment
of a dream. It is a land that
has held promise since
biblical times and, for us, this
entire process from sourcing
the gems in the holy land to
fashioning it into something
breathtakingly evocative of
the ancient and modern,
is the actualization of that
promise. We feel excited,
driven, and enriched!”
Equally enthralled by the
experience, Harari says that
“thanks to the energy and
passion we shared, as well as
a meeting of minds between
talented and spiritual individuals driven to create
only the best using only the best, it took us short
times to create this marvelous collection. It’s not
just the personal connection we have, but the
connection between the materials and precious
stones that make the jewelry so spectacular.”

6. A unique line of hi-end 24-karat jewelry featuring
captivating precious gemstones is about to grab
worldwide attention for its sheer breathtaking
allure. The jewelry line, titled the “Heaven on
Earth Collection,” was created exclusively by
Shefa Yamim (A.T.M.) Ltd., a multi-commodity
explorer of precious stones operating in
Northern Israel, and world-renowned, Israeli-
born jewelry designer Yossi Harari.
The precious stones in the jewelry collection are
all supplied by Shefa Yamim. They are sourced
using state-of-the-art procedures, but are rare,
discovered in the soil of the Holy Land, and
steeped in history. Harari’s signature jewelry
collections are bold and modern, yet created
using ancient techniques and influenced by a

worlds in search of creating something beautiful
and momentous. Something that captures an
earthy richness with a sense of spirituality and
yet suits the modern day wearer who wishes to
make a bold, luxurious, and at times whimsical
statement. But above all, a statement that is
entirely unique.
The gem suite from Shefa Yamim comprises
rare stones, some of which have never before
been discovered on earth. Among these are
the Carmel Sapphire™ with its unusual mineral
inclusions. This gemstone ranges in color from
orange to brown to blue to nearly black. Within
the Carmel Sapphire™ is the newly identified
mineral Carmeltazite. Natural Moissanite™,
another precious stone discovered by Shefa

7. Yamim that is considered rarer globally. With its
deep blue-green colors, transparency, radiance,
brilliance, fire, luster and hardness, Natural
Moissanite™ is ideal for use in jewelry in a rough
format. The jewelry suite also features Black
Spinel, Ilmenite, Garnet, sapphire, ruby, CPX,
crystal quartz and pearls from Harari’s inventory,
and diamonds sourced from the Israeli diamond
stock exchange. Altogether, the collection is
warm and vibrant with dazzling stones.
Perhaps the most noticeable feature of the
“Heaven on Earth Collection” is the clever
use of little glass shaker beads that hold small
quantities of the uncut gems. Retaining their
natural shape means not losing stone weight
or value by cutting, and also means that the
gems can reflect their earthy origins and retain
their uniqueness. This richness creates bold,
breathtaking and unique jewelry items — be it
a necklace, bracelet, ring or earrings. The glass
beads by HDK Technologies were designed
by Yossi Harari to compliment his shapes and
amorphic elements and are created using the
Phoenician glass blowing techniques of 2000BC.
The line also features rich, warm 24 karat gold
and Yossi Harari’s signature alloy “Gilver.” The
fact that all Harari jewelry is hand-crafted using
ancient goldsmithing techniques makes this
entire collection one that emphasizes the union
between ancestry, earth, spirituality, and beauty.
Yossi Harari, who was designated by Shefa
Yamim as the designer for the project, explains
that “the collection is inspired by the dream and
realization of finding precious gems in the Holy
Land. It emphasizes the combination between
the local Israeli gem suite, raw materials of 24
karat gold and gilver, different metal and texture
combinations, the glass shaker beads, and the
innovative stone settings in the signature Yossi
Harari style, all creating an unforgettable, hand-
crafted textured look. A look that inspires and is
called ‘Heaven on Earth.’”
7
8. Vered Toledo, Shefa Yamim Chief Operating
Officer, says that “the rarity and value of the
minerals combined with the earthy-textured
settings in gorgeous raw materials gives this
incredible jewelry collection the exact look and
feel we were hoping to capture. The fact that
the stones are from the Holy Land and are so
rare— especially the natural Moissanite and
Carmel Sapphire™ bestows them with physical,
psychological, mental, and spiritual aspects. The
jewelry also tells the story of a wonderful journey
in Northern Israel from the stages of an idea
through to exploration, and finally an incredible
discovery and all this accompanied by a great
team of workers and international geological
consultants. The collection is a merger between
the ancient, the spiritual, and the modern. In
each creation, you will find an exquisite gem off-
set in a fabulous, one-of-a-kind design. This truly
limited edition shouts ‘wow,’ and every item is
a statement piece! I am sure that every woman
that will wear our Heaven on Earth collection will
feel the most special and blessed in the world.”

Yossi Harari was born in Israel and raised in both
Israel and Turkey. He grew up surrounded by the
beautiful, worldly objects and ancient artifacts
of his grandfather who was an art and antique
collector. Harari developed a passion for jewelry
design at an early age, redesigning a diamond

strayed. He went on to receive formal training
and degrees in Gemology and Jewelry Design
from The Gemological Institute of America in
Los Angeles and in History of Arts from Tel Aviv
University in Israel.
Just like the Mediterranean archeological jewelry
that inspires Harari, every single clasp, bead,
chain, and bezel is crafted by hand without the
use of molds or castings. This human touch instills
the look and feel of antiquity inherent in Yossi
Harari jewelry. These time-honored techniques
also ensure that no two pieces are ever exactly
alike and make wearing his jewelry an entirely
individual experience. Yossi Harari's design
philosophy is rooted in the ingenious marriage
of the exotic, ancient and classically feminine
designs of Byzantine & Etruscan jewelry, together
with a modern, chic and whimsical style.
Harari explains that his jewelry is “a contrast
between the old and new. Although archeological
jewels of the past inspired me, I have a modern,
bold interpretation of classic designs." Combining
timeless materials with a modern aesthetic,
designed to be layered and stacked, exudes a rich
quality that feels both classical and stylistically
innovative. Harari designs for “the sophisticated
woman – the woman on the go, who wants
to be comfortable yet sexy, exotic yet modern,
fashionable yet possessing her own sense of style.”
Never one to rest on his laurels, Harari is currently
focused on launching refined core collections of
his top designs as well as newly introduced styles.
The aim is to redefine and anchor his brand’s
essence. He has also launched a state-of-the-art
website and international e-commerce platform to
reach a broader global audience and to help drive
brand awareness and traffic to his retail partners.
Besides his atelier in Istanbul, Harari has a
showroom in Tel Aviv and a US presence at the
Zartas Gallery in Mamonereck, New York.

13. Shefa Yamim (A.T.M.) Ltd. is a multi-commodity
explorer of precious stones operating in
Northern Israel. The company was founded
in 1999 in Israel, and is publicly listed on the
London Stock Exchange (LSE/SEFA). The notion
that Israel could be a significant geological
source of precious gems was born out of a
rabbinical prophecy of the Lubavitcher Rebbe
in 1988. Today, the company is a pioneer in
precious stones exploration in Israel and started
developing its “Mine to Market” strategy.
Shefa Yamim has a well-established Operational
site & Laboratories in Akko (6,000m in total)
that can process a range of sample sizes (over
600 tons each) for final mineral extraction.
Exploration for precious minerals is done by
surveying simultaneously primary sources as
well as secondary alluvial sources of the primary
source’s weathering products that could host
precious minerals.
With two prospecting permits, one exploration
permit and one Prospecting License, the
company has already made incredible
discoveries — this after just completing initial
exploration at its two flagship projects in the
southern portion of Mount Carmel (Northern
Israel) and the Kishon River Mid-Reach Zone 1
alluvial deposit.
Vered Toledo, Shefa Yamim Chief Operating
Officer, explains that the company has
highlighted both the commercial potential and
scientific significance of precious stones hidden
in rocks and soils in the Kishon River, the volcanic
bodies on Mount Carmel, as well as the Zevulun
and Yizre'el valleys.
First in what it calls its “Gem Box” of discoveries,

14. Sapphire™, now a registered Shefa Yamim trade
mark. The precious stone was identified by the
world-renowned geology Professor William
Griffin and his research team from the Macquarie
University, Australia. It is a form of corundum,
the same mineral that makes up natural blue
sapphire and ruby. The melt inclusions trapped
in the Carmel Sapphire™ contain a wide variety
of unusual minerals, many never found before.
Others have been found in primitive meteorites,
but not in earthly rocks. Some of these mineral
inclusions (e.g., tistarite, moissanite, osbornite)
requirethattheCarmelSapphire™formedunder
the most reducing conditions ever reported on
earth.
Tistarite is yet another component of Carmel
Sapphire™ recognized in examinations of Shefa
Yamim discoveries by Prof. Griffin. To date,
Tistarite has only been identified in a single
meteorite that arrived on earth from outer space.
The Shefa Yamim Israeli discovery, is the first case
of this mineral developing deep underground.
Carmel Sapphire™ also contains Carmeltazite
— a completely new mineral, recognized as
such by the IMA Commission on New Minerals,
Nomenclature, and Classification. It can only
be found in the Holy Land by Shefa Yamim
exploration activity. The mineral is trapped
inside the corundum from Volcanic Rocks of Mt
Carmel. Its origins have lent the mineral its name:
“CARMEL” from the location of its discovery
on Mt Carmel (primary source), and “TAZ”
from its major chemical components (Titanium,
Aluminum, and Zirconium).
Commenting on the IMA recognition, Avi
Taub, CEO of Shefa Yamim, said: “We are
delighted that our Carmel Sapphire™ has been
recognized as a host to many rare minerals.
In today's world where the prices of gems
14
15. are determined predominantly by their rarity,
the Carmel Sapphire™ is a unique discovery
because it has not been found anywhere else in
the world and was discovered by Shefa Yamim
in the soil of the Holy Land. We believe this
substantially increases the potential value of our
"Gem Box" of precious stones. The studies of
Carmel Sapphire™ and its new minerals mark
another milestone in the Company's journey as
we continue our progress towards trial mining in
Zone 1 in 2020.”
Shefa Yamim rocked the mineral industry again
when it became the only company in the world to
unearth large quantities of Natural Moissanite™
— the largest in both volume and size ever found
globally (single crystals to >4mm). The discovery
of the Shefa Yamim Natural Moissanite was
published by the GIA in August 2014. This natural
silicon carbide (SiC) — a “diamond plus” crystal
according to gemologist Dr. Gavrielov Gila —
is located in volcanic bodies in Mt. Carmel and
in the Kishon River alluvial deposit. It is a rarer
mineral globally and second to diamond in
hardness: 9.5 (diamond = 10 in Mohs scale) and
has a brighter/refractive index of 2.691-2.648 —
slightly higher than a diamond’s (2.42).
Moissanite was initially identified by Noble Prize-
winning French chemist Dr. Henri Moissan in
1893 when it was discovered in an iron meteorite
in Arizona. It was later named ‘Moissanite’ in his
honor. Historically, only small quantities have
ever been found in other localities around the
world in sizes of <2mm. Since there has been
no natural supply of the stone, it is artificially
produced by North Carolina-based R&D lab Cree
15
16. and sold as gems by Charles & Colvard, Ltd.
To-date, Shefa Yamim’s “Gem Box” suite of
minerals contains diamonds (rare), Natural
Moissanite™, Carmel Sapphire™, Sapphire,
Ruby, Spinel, Hibonite, Garnet, Ilmenite, and the
HIM Suite; Zircon and Rutile.

an area of approximately 600,000 Dunam that
includes the Kishon River, the volcanic bodies on
Mount Carmel, the Zevulun and Yizre'el valleys
and their margins - Menashe Hills, Tivon-Alonim
Hills, and Nazareth range.
The company protects the nature and upholds
environmental values in the areas where it
operates, cooperating fully with all authorities.
Shefa Yamim is currently focused on developing
a “Mine to Market” strategy, which includes
exploration, mining, designing and selling its
jewelry pieces containing gemstones from the
Holy Land. As part of this strategy, the company
is collaborating with award-winning jewelry
