the Inspection , and consultancy , project Management business with various clients servicing the oil
, and Gas Industry , Petrochemicals , and power sectors . I was able to develop
The CTSA QMS and obtain the ISO 9001 -2008 certification . I improved the IAI performance of
CTSA from 70 % up to 88 % , and upon Saudi Aramco selected CTSA as the best company who
provides the Inspection services to Saudi Aramco .

2. Has Joint Al Osais in 24/12/2004 and up to 30/06/2013 as Business Development Manager for
the aim of :
1) Diversifying the business in the Industrial, Contracting , Manufacturing and other sectors
through creating new JV with International Reputable companies , Exploring the business
opportunities , Preparation and presentation of the business forecast plans for Al osais subsidiaries
and joint ventures to achieve the goals and objectives of the Group . Several Joint venture

mechanical business(Joint venture between Al Osais and DCM group from Canada ) for heavy
Industry mechanical Construction , Electrical and Instrumentation , process control …etc which is
recently Qualified by Saudi Aramco , Sabic ..etc and start to bid for Projects .
I was able through all of the above developments , Hard work and diverse the business , Have new
business opportunities and participate in getting new projects , this result in increase the revenue of
Al osais Group from 450 million SR. to 2.5 Billon SR per year .
I founded CTSA as one of Al osais affiliates and Manage the company part time as a member of
board of directors and a General Manager since the last seven years . I qualified the company with
Saudi Aramco , Sabic , SEC and General and EPC contractors , the business of the company was to
provide third party Inspection and QA/QC services and Engineering consultancy in the various
sectors oil and Gas , petrochemicals , Powers , Constructions , Mining , pipe lines …etc . I was able
to secure a business for more than 100 million SR.
01/06/2002 up to 24/12/ 2004 : Working with Saudi Circuit Breakers as Factory Manager, the
factory was involved in the manufacturing of LV. Distribution panels , MCCB Control panels & SS
assembly . During my stay I was responsible for the development of the factory by increasing the
area to accommodate the increase in the manufactured product , I also develop a production layout
for easier flow and better and improved efficiency . I developed a curing and painting system . I
introduce a powerful design software for the design of the product that intended to be manufactured
to get the final product that meet the customer requirements . I lead the company through
establishing product specification , market positioning and pricing with focus on customers needs .
13-4-88 -31/05/202 : working with Saudi Transformers in the filed of after sales services &
Manufacturing of LV switch and distribution boards , Power control panels , Manufacturing of
distribution transformers , manufacturing of Medium voltage switch gears and substation assembly
as follows :
A) After sales service Engineer , Quality Control Engineer, Senior Quality control Engineer,
Quality Control Manager and Quality Assurance Manager from 13-04-88 up to 01/05/91.
B) Production Manager from 01-05-91 up to 14-08-96 .
C) Engineering & Maintenance Manager from 30/09/93 up to 14/08/96 .
4. D) Product Manager , Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Manager from 14/08/96 up to
31/05/2002 .
Developments :1) During my working period with Saudi Transformers , I was able to develop the
Q.A. Department by establishing standard , procedures , in process checklists , charts for monitoring
which is resulted in reducing the percentage of failure & enhance customer satisfaction . I was able
to develop the work instruction of the Q.A. Dept. & improve the testing facilities , Due to this the
percentage of failures was reduced from 6.5 % to 0.53% .
2) During my stay in Production Dept. I was able to increase the efficiency & profitability through
reducing the number of hours for the unit (average 600 KVA) from 117 to 56hours and the profit
from 4 million SR. TO 35 million SR. /year and increase the fixed assist to a high value by adding
new constructions , machines and equipments …ect which is necessary for the increase and secure
of production and orders .
3) I improve the layout of the factory & reduce the handling time . Study & purchase &
commissioning several sophisticated CNC machines for cutting cores, Winding coils, punching &
bending sheets for transformer tank assembly .
4) I was able to write the manufacturing instructions completely where Saudi Transformers was
able to get the ISO 9001 which was certified by T.U.V.
5) I was in contact with the licensor for all the technical aspects of Quality, Manufacturing ,
Industrial Engineering , machines requirements and product developments .
6) I was able to create Research and development as well as training facility within the organization
. During my stay in the Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Dept.
7) I was fully involved in expanding the capacity of the factory by study, purchase ,commissioning
& installing of new machines & equipments such as drying oven, vacuum chamber, oil treatment
plant . The capacity was increased from 3800 units to 6000 units as of now . I introduced a new
monitor system with several channels and can be connected to several computer terminals and
provided with powerful software to monitor the characteristic of the curing which result s in
reducing the curing time as well as proper monitoring and this in total increase the productivity and
improve the Quality .
01-10-85 to 13-04-88 : Working with Al_Kodari Company as senior electrical engineer with
full Responsibility for supervision of turnkey electrical installations for different projects in different
locations in the Kingdom . In charge of the Electrical division in the company that includes the
electrical works in the projects , workshops , maintenance of company generators , Machines and
other electrical devices .
