Duties/ Responsibilities:
▪ Prepare MPR,MRR,SRN,MTRF,MTN,TMRR,CMRN,CMIN,UMRR and Gate Pass
▪ Obtain purchase order from procurement department,reconcile with approved MPR and filed it in
respective material’s file
▪ Maintain store ledger and material related all registers with the proper entry of MRR,SRN,MTN
And TMRR, check regularly all security gurd’s register like material IN & OUT register, visitor register
movement register, occurrence register, utility meter register, daily labour movement register, permanent
labour register and provide necessary information to concern department
▪ Prepare monthly stock report,Fixed asset report,Inter project transfer report and scrap sale report and
send to Inventory management section
▪ Receive materials as per MPR and PO’S specification after confirming quantity and quality
▪ Store materials with proper lock and key, ensure safety stock level with safety and security
▪ Ensure materials issue at site in right time and right way and confirm actual consumption
▪ Minimize the wastage of materials and safe keeping of wastage / scrap materials to get maximum use
and salvage value
▪ Arrange of physical Inventory together with HO Accounts personnel
▪ Keep & maintain petty cash at site and ensure correctness of expenses with detail month wise analysis
▪ Maintain daily attendance register of all site officer, staff and site assistant and send monthly
attendance position to HRD, collect salary cheque of site assistant and ensure disbursement
▪ Keep & maintain visitor information card & register, ensure submission of filled card to CR

▪ Supervise and monitor the day to day operational activities of QSM and evaluate his performance and
ensure training for development
▪ Ensure fund management and total activity related with cylinder test, BUET test, different repair and
maintenance work of construction tools and equipments, etc.

provided by IM section.
