PREVIOUS ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Bachelor of Science Degree – Industrial Technology with Concentration in Graphic Information
Technology from Arizona State University. This education covered a broad range of technical
and business related material. Upon completion of this four year Bachelor of Science degree, I
was able to excel in a highly competitive job market. Computer programming, technical (CAD)
drawings, and 3D modeling were some of the many concepts covered throughout the four year
program.
Computer and Business Experience – Utilized my knowledge of 3D Modeling, Web Design, and
Computer Programming to assist organizations in developing effective marketing strategies. My
business knowledge and strong communication skills (obtained through education and
experience) brought me several small and large scale projects.
Manufacturing Experience – Prior to employment at Rodney Hunt Fontaine I had 2-3 years of
experience in CNC operations, including CNC programming and nesting. I ran 3 different cutting
machines utilizing technologies such as plasma, punch, and gas. August 2012 I began my
employment with RHF in the Light Fabrication Department. I was immediately trained in CNC
programming and related operations. At times, I programmed and operated the LASER AXEL
4020 as well as the WATERJET. My primary duties were programming and nesting for the
LASER, utilizing CADMAN software. I also took a strong interest in improving manufacturing by
working to establish smarter processes and implementing key organizational standards. Etching
part numbers onto parts, labeling plate racks, building white boards, and joining the Kaizen
team where among the steps I took to improve the manufacturing process on the floor.
Releasing Experience – August 2013 I was promoted to “Releaser” in the engineering
department at RHF. My understanding of the product and the manufacturing process made me
an ideal candidate for this position. During this time, I acquired in depth knowledge of
2. engineering, design, and drafting enabling me to become a key player in bridging the gap
between engineering and manufacturing.
Product Engineer, Developer, and Manufacturing Engineer (Began March 2014) – My hard
work and determination was realized when I was asked to join the team responsible for
standardizing, re-engineering, and improving the Rodney Hunt Fontaine product line. Much of
my focus has been on developing KBMAX configuration software, enabling our company to
streamline engineering while producing consistent quality in a fraction of the time.
