 What were the main issues of the day?
 How do they relate to performance?
 How can they be transferred into our workplace?
To support learning transfer, there will be a daily group
which will distil the main learnings
4-5 participants each day for 10 days

Holcim Group Support Course for Cement Applications 2008
Daily Key Learnings
 Every day a group of participants will review the
presentations, discussions, workshops and visits and
distil the key learnings into a 15 minute presentation to
be delivered to the whole class at the beginning of the
following day.
 The method of presentation is in Power Point in a given
format. (See last Slides at end of presentation)
 A laptop is available if needed
 Groups have been allocated as follows:
