• Infrastructure lead with 7 million dollar budget responsibility for all initial phases of the Oracle Retail implementation
which included the management of 10 resources, both employees as well as vendor resources for both the
infrastructure, database and implementation teams.
• Provided vendor management and contract negotiations for hardware, software and vendor selection. This included
Wipro and Cognizant. This included on and off shore teams.
• Provided new release management process, including version control, migration strategy and roadmap. This also
included the development of naming conventions, database standards, coding standards and code reviews for custom
code implementation.
• 13.2.3 Oracle Retail implementation of modules: RMS, RPM, Allocation, Invoice Matching, SIM and the SOA Fusion

• Worked the SOW and match to TCS budget and plan project from install to production go-live. Budget was in the
amount of 4 million dollars. This included the management of all of the TCS resources for the project and mentoring
the current middleware and database teams. The number of resources managed for the project varied as the phases
of the project proceeded but ranged between 15 and 23 people.
• Developed implementation and code deployment strategy, including install and configuration of PVCS VM version
8.4.3 with license manager and file manager

• Worked with the direction of work for the implementation partners which included Oracle Consulting and Accenture
along with several other minor American consulting firms.
• Had partnership budget responsibility for my portion of the overall project budget for 22 million dollars. With the
lead role, I had responsibility for 5 DBA resources and 10 vendor resources.
• Assisted in implementation of GAP Europe and China, encompassing over 100 installations. Which included
developing a cookie cutter approach to standardize, provide consistency in the installation and implementation of
each site.
• Worked closely with the EBS team to facilitate interfaces between Oracle Retail and EBS for Sales Audit, Procurement,
Invoice Matching, Store Inventory Management, Allocation, Replenishment and Price Management
• Managed, developed and mentored their DBA staff assigned to support the project, this included 15 individuals.
• Developed cookbooks/runbooks for standardization of installations of RIB, determining data sets to be involved in
Gold copies of RMs and SIM databases
