Introduction of a new established
Agency for Logistic and Quality of the Health Care (
ALQHC )

REFORM
• Need for major reform of the Ministry of
Health in order to achieve more flexibile,
efficient, rational and up to date
Governmental body, which should be abble to
act more efficient in current and predictable
changes of environment.
METHODS
• Shrink of the entire organisation of the Ministry and divide it
in way to allocate mostly logistic part in separate legal entity
which should be established as a Public Company or Agency.
• New legal entity must be organised and act in Corporate form
– Advantages
• Relieve Ministry of burden of responsibility and too much
workload
• Simplify the structure of the Ministry and allow greater focus and
flexibility, stuff rationalisation
• Proffesional management of the entire logistic under the
corporate organization and rulles
• Focus on core business
