  1. Zen tactic #2 - relate the class to the target audience by asking how many people know of the brand, ask who would wear it
  2. Zen tactic #3 (structure) - tie the class answers into the target and how they perceive the brand
  3. #6 (hook em early) - show how snapchat is widely used by youths and why LV could thrive on the app #7 - show them a conflict where LV is missing out by not reaching the younger target market and lv already can start off strong with followers
