4. THE GROUP AND ITS HISTORY
COGEM was estabilished in 2014 by four partners with
different backgrounds and experiences, in order to take
advantage of their network and know how in the
construction field as a whole. The company provides its
clients with expertise, consulence, subcontractor and
general contractor works in real estate business
development, legal and accounting issues, construction,
engineering, architecture and high level interior design. The
partners have more than 25 years experience in building and
architecture having collaborated with the most prestigious
firms and having created their own companies. In order to
adapt to the fast changing environment and client’s needs
they joined together to offer a unique and top level service.

Cogem è stata creata nel 2014 da un gruppo di partner dalle
competenze diversificate in ambito di edilizia e costruzioni,
per poter unire e trarre vantaggio dall’interazione dei
rispettivi network e know-how. La società fornisce servizi
che vanno dalla consulenza, alla costruzione, alle pratiche
contabili e legali al servizio chiavi in mano nello sviluppo
immobiliare, costruzioni, ingegneria, architettura e design
d’interni. I partner, con la loro storia professionale
cominciata nel 1984, hanno progettato e realizzato immobili
per le aziende più prestigiose e sviluppato iniziative
immobiliari residenziali.
