INTRODUCTION
As a disciplined and very motivated hospitality professional, social challenges appeal to me as my
calling for a career in Culinary Arts grows. Therefore I seek an opportunity to develop expertise in
Cooking and Serving Excellent Food worldwide.
As a travelling person I have seen a lot of the best of culinary arts and always dreamed of opening
my own bakery, becoming a professional Pastry Chef.
And I have one motivation: I believe your success means my success.
So I guess we seek something in common.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Currently I’m taking the opportunity to develop knowledge and practice at a prestige culinary arts
school in Cape Town with a top-rated baking and pastry programme.
Soon I will hopefully have Capsicum Culinary School´s CITY & GUILDS Diploma in Patisserie.
Obtaining this Diploma will assist me in becoming a specialist in your field of pastry, breads or
baking to create my own masterpieces, as I already have proven during practical challenges and
competitions.
All my life I had this wish within me and now I finally have opportunity to become a Chef, which
made me change my professional and life projections and ambitions.
For the last years to date I have developed a career as a flight attendant at Turkish Airlines, hosting

international passengers, managing food and beverage services as well as logistics and resources
for airplane flights. Aside, I have always taken some opportunities to work directly in food
preparation in the hospitality industry, working as a Cook at a few family restaurants in Turkey and
Portugal. I have got know-how and basic skills in Culinary Arts also from specialized Cookery
international workshops, mostly from Western Europe, in Istanbul.
Previously I hosted and worked as a PR at some national and international events in Istanbul. I now
have the dream and aspiration to become a Professional Chef and master the Art of Cooking
anywhere in the world.
