Every year the Department for External Economic and International Relations organizes about 10 exhibitions on real estate, IT, health care, security, technology, etc. The aims of exhibitions are: 1) to strengthen the investment attractiveness of Moscow 2) to show high level of business development in Moscow 3) to promote the international image of Moscow

7. PR - Activities

The event «IT’S TIME FOR MOSCOW» took place in 2013, December. It was attended by chief editors of newspapers, magazines and journals from 40 countries. The main purpose of the event was to show real Moscow achievements.

8. Investment Road - Shows

The Department for External Economic and International Relations is the main provider in promotion of investment attractiveness of Moscow. The aim of Road-Shows is to show the current situation in Moscow to foreigners and to attract investments. The most significant Road – Shows took place in China (April, 2014), France (June, 2014), The USA (June, 2014), Canada (June, 2014), Germany (July, 2014).

9. Traineeship-Seminars
The aim of traineeship-seminars is to study the up-to-date international experience for the possibility of its use in Moscow as well as to promote the image of Moscow abroad.
Major projects, that have been successfully launched and implemented:

•Heritage of Big Cities
•Medical staff training
Traineeship – Seminars promote exchange of experience and allow to implement foreign technologies in the city

10. International Transport Expert Council

International Transport Expert Council is a unique project of the Department, aimed at improving the transport system in cities. During the Council, which took place in 2014, next decisions were made :
- priority of public transport;
- easy payment system (credit cards and mobile phones);
- implementation of carsharing;
- further development of pay parking zone
There were experts from more than ten countries all around the world
ITEC contributes to finding solutions to transport problems

Traditionally the biggest Urban Forum is held in Moscow. Experts – urbanists, architects, city managers are among the participants of the Forum Approximately there will be more than 3,000 guests at the Forum this year There will be about 60 round tables during the Forum
