Introduction
Seed too Seed , this scheme is basically for each an every framer with in the country.
Here a department is introduced in each an every agricultural area where the framers are
provided with FREE HYBRIDE SEES OR GOOD SEEDS for farming an with all the feature of
the scheme at the end of the harvested crops the framer will return back the amount of seeds
they took, to the department.
The department will take care of all the necessary methods to maximize the farming and will
provide all the equipments and machinery like tractor , cutting machine and other instrument
free of cost to the framer.
The department must regularly inspect the soil (i.e soil check-up) and the growth of the crops
periodically. And provide all the remedies for problem like pesticides for pest, weed deletion etc,
the department will keep the farmer updated about the weather and the type of rain before the
sowing .
At the end, after the crops are harvested the crop grains are sold back to the department only and
the framer are paid there an then only on the sport, with the minimal deduction the expenditure.
SEED TOO SEED means the amount of seed you take, the same amount of the seed you return.

Lowest level(in the village)
The hole department will be setup in the above description. Each village will have SEED
TO SEED department, which will provide free seasonal hybrid seeds to the framer . if

3. any framer has taken the seed he/she comes under the scheme automatically, and enjoys
all the benefits of the program.
Here after the given, the seeds, the department, inspector teem must verify the soil an
then advice the framer to choose right seed.
Then the department must provide all the equipments like tractor, harvester machine,
proper irrigation method . once the sowing is done. The entire responsibility of the crops
their mentanence an growth and other aspect are done by the department.
The inspector team must regularly check condition of the crops and if any weeds or pest or
other in fertile, if too be seen then it’s the department, who will provide all the remedies free of
cost.
At last after all the grains are harvested the farmer must sell the all the grains to the department
at a fair price and the farmer are allowed to retain some percent of harvested grain( depending
on the number of people in the family) for his living.
Note : the farmers are not to be demanded for any amount for any problem all the features of the
schemes are free. And the farmer must sell the crops only to the seed too seed department no
where else.
After buying the grains from the farmer the department must pay the amount an all the grains
must me stored in a proper warehouse an must clean the grain an then transsport to the district
department for selling in the market as per the market price.
All the records must be maintained by the department. Like how much they havw buyed an from
whom and how he was paid after the any dedection.

4. District department
All the grains brought from lower level must be stored for marketing and some must be
preserved for future use(this can be estimated from lower level)
Here the department must verify all the records of the lower levels and if any wrong doings are
identified or any dought in the account or any sort of miss calculations, the department must
visit the lower level for face to face verification and can question the farmers al well as the lower
level inspectors.
After verifying and clearing the records the district department must send their as well as lower
level records to the state department.
It can introduce the help line or can connect this scheme to the farmer care center.

5. State department
Her e, the records of the two lower levels are verified with each detail an then after verification
the entire records is produced to the public notice through press or media. Or published online.
The department must be ready to replace or to repair the machinery if there is any problem so
that it doesn’t affect the farming.
If the any department is questioned then it must be able to defend itself or else the entire
department will be removed for it.

6. IMPORTANT FEATURES:
1. During any period of the farming, if the crops fail due to any reasons either by nature or
by HUMAN or by pest, the entire responsibility will be on to the department and in this

to the farmer so that he/she could raise there family.
Even such farmer can be appointed to clean or other maintenance of the other crops.

4. If the government has earned the profit more then estimated then that part of the amount
can be used for same an improvement of the scheme……….
