Jobs in india shrinking at an alarming rate proving itself to be an economic socio political issue.
NSSO report says current workforce is 47.2 crores, rest being unemployed.
In India near about 2lakh people are added yearly to our existing population .Great gap between
employment and population seems to be sloping down the economic condition of our country.
PROPOSED SOLUTION VIA FOLLOWING AGENDA
A.M.E :
 A.M.E. Advanced Mass Education,
constitutes selected personnel
starting from age 12 onwards will
be teaching a b.p.l. MASS based
on their areas of expertise.
 Upcoming talents in this group
will spread awareness about
industrial expectations & basic
soft skills among students and
train them to meet the globalised
world.
 ADVANCED audio-visual and
practical classes will be provided
to evoke students interest in
gaining true knowledge.
EACH ONE TEACH TWO :
 IT’S a mandatory edu-network webbed
by an individual who will teach to junior
students personally .
 Each of two students will teach two more
of their juniors thereby spreading fruitful
knowledge via this system.
 Henceforth, an edu-network Is created
covering a large area producing bubbling
talents..
GLOBAL NUT-SHELL(G.N.S)
 The entire A.M.E. & EACH 1 TEACH
2 programme will be distributed to
five mega groups to provide a
handy education clouded over the
whole nation.
 A team of regional nutshell
supervising each area of
surveillance under them will
expertise individuals to face the
music of the real world.
 The G.N.S. will aim at providing
global education with utmost care
to build quality Indian employees.

about the subject will be

 Mass will be trained to work
in sectors practically.
 Grooming session on mass
communication will be given,
to make them marketable.

 We will be expecting governments
helping hand in providing 0.02% of
share from each railway & airplane
tickets.
 A share of 0.20p from every cinema
tickets will provide a good source of
funds.

According to the requirement of market
size the estimated amount is 20 crore,for
the proposed set up.
⌂ OUR GOVERNMENT must update
the syllabi of both scientific
technical curriculum raising the
educational benchmarks in India
⌂ Existing curriculum are lagging far
behind quality and standards and
are not upto global benchmarks.
⌂ We expect government to introduce
a new educational system
comprising 55% weightage in
practical education
⌂ Parents must search what
his kid is really capable of
doing.
⌂ Parents must aware the
meaning and necessity of
money rather making
dreams of becoming only
doctors and engineers
⌂ Student must invest more
time in the area where he is
weak in.
⌂ Every youth has its own
dream of earning money,
he must search for it, work
for it, get himself prepare
for what he is dreaming of.

EXISTING SOLUTION?
The nutshell programme will channelize the flow of
knowledge in all corners of India that will cover the existing
dearth of illiteracy thereby bringing a revolutionary change
in the field of unemployment till now
 Proper surveying has to be done.
 Mega groups,mini groups, sub groups as well as regional groups
have to be built.
 Educating needy and BPL students will be one of our first
initiatives
A student knows a students weakness-their needs. Our
Nutshell built of warm talented students will eliminate their
own endings,get trained and create a super-employed
nation.
 Source of data structures are taken from the daily ( Times
Of India) reviewed issues.
 Views of different students is taken via survey method.
 Websites like wikipedia, ask.com, etc have been
overviewed for the presentation.

TIMES OF INDIA says… YEARS UNEMPLOYMENT RATE 2007-2008 25 out of 1000 population 2009 27 out of 1000 population 2010 9.8 out of 120 million population 2012- 2013 10.8 millions out of 120.2 million. Jobs in india shrinking at an alarming rate proving itself to be an economic socio political issue. NSSO report says current workforce is 47.2 crores, rest being unemployed. In India near about 2lakh people are added yearly to our existing population .Great gap between employment and population seems to be sloping down the economic condition of our country.
  • 5. PROPOSED SOLUTION VIA FOLLOWING AGENDA A.M.E :  A.M.E. Advanced Mass Education, constitutes selected personnel starting from age 12 onwards will be teaching a b.p.l. MASS based on their areas of expertise.  Upcoming talents in this group will spread awareness about industrial expectations & basic soft skills among students and train them to meet the globalised world.  ADVANCED audio-visual and practical classes will be provided to evoke students interest in gaining true knowledge. EACH ONE TEACH TWO :  IT’S a mandatory edu-network webbed by an individual who will teach to junior students personally .  Each of two students will teach two more of their juniors thereby spreading fruitful knowledge via this system.  Henceforth, an edu-network Is created covering a large area producing bubbling talents.. GLOBAL NUT-SHELL(G.N.S)  The entire A.M.E. & EACH 1 TEACH 2 programme will be distributed to five mega groups to provide a handy education clouded over the whole nation.  A team of regional nutshell supervising each area of surveillance under them will expertise individuals to face the music of the real world.  The G.N.S. will aim at providing global education with utmost care to build quality Indian employees.

IMPLIMENTATION OF THE PLAN SOLUTIONS  ADVANCED MASS EDUCATION(A.M.E.):  An elaborated knowledge about the subject will be given.  Mass will be trained to work in sectors practically.  Grooming session on mass communication will be given, to make them marketable.  Working hands on modern gadgets will be taught  EACH ONE TEACH TWO:  This will create good network and mass can be handled easily.  This system reaches the doorstep of root cause.  This will addict them towards education and will let them think out of the box.
  • 7. ♠ Awareness will be spread via mass media. ♠ Demo classes will be conducted ♠ A total co-peration from the government side is required for the assurance of funds. ♠ Interesting competitions will be held to boost up the interest of individuals toward the campaign. People at initial stage will be unaware about the programme and its need in their life. Problems related to sponcers might occur as they won’t give importance to the idea.. Collecting funds may be one of our greatest concerns.

FuNds & $ouRce$ Sources of funds  We will be expecting governments helping hand in providing 0.02% of share from each railway & airplane tickets.  A share of 0.20p from every cinema tickets will provide a good source of funds. Estimated amount According to the requirement of market size the estimated amount is 20 crore,for the proposed set up.
  • 9. ⌂ OUR GOVERNMENT must update the syllabi of both scientific technical curriculum raising the educational benchmarks in India ⌂ Existing curriculum are lagging far behind quality and standards and are not upto global benchmarks. ⌂ We expect government to introduce a new educational system comprising 55% weightage in practical education ⌂ Parents must search what his kid is really capable of doing. ⌂ Parents must aware the meaning and necessity of money rather making dreams of becoming only doctors and engineers ⌂ Student must invest more time in the area where he is weak in. ⌂ Every youth has its own dream of earning money, he must search for it, work for it, get himself prepare for what he is dreaming of.   • 10. WHY THIS IS AN EFFECTIVE SOLUTION? WHY OUR SOLUTIONS WILL BE EFFECTIVE OVER THE PRE- EXISTING SOLUTION? The nutshell programme will channelize the flow of knowledge in all corners of India that will cover the existing dearth of illiteracy thereby bringing a revolutionary change in the field of unemployment till now  Proper surveying has to be done.  Mega groups,mini groups, sub groups as well as regional groups have to be built.  Educating needy and BPL students will be one of our first initiatives A student knows a students weakness-their needs. Our Nutshell built of warm talented students will eliminate their own endings,get trained and create a super-employed nation.
