This magical retreat The focus is on
Yoga,Body-work & Hiking with space
built into the schedule for guests to
relax around the pool and villa. There’s a
tennis court on the grounds.
The program
Our yoga teacher Leanna Buchanan
follows intuitive, thoughtful sequences,
anchored in anatomical precision and
yogic tradition. Her classes unfold with
an inherent melody and intelligence to
empower and inspire us.
The accommodation
The villa has been owned and lovingly
nurtured by the same family for 50 years.
It has 2 pools with sun-beds, a tennis
court with rackets and balls provided, a
magical yurt where we practice yoga, an
outdoor deck and an outdoor fire pit all
set in beautiful mature grounds with a
citrus grove.
Typical day
The retreat starts on Sunday.
Each day we begin with a yoga session in
our magical yurt. On Monday, Wednesday
& Friday following yoga we will go for a
morning hike to some beautiful parts of
the island with an expert guide .
On Tuesday & Friday there is free-time
and treatments with Louka after yoga
and again after lunch followed by a
visualisation/meditation session in the
early evening.
The food
We follow a luxury vegan diet of 3 meals
per day prepared by our resident Chef
Ally. We all eat together around the
kitchen table or sometimes outside.
