I am an experienced, focused, self-motivated and results driven individual with significant experience in
international markets. I am an achiever and self-starter who demonstrates energy, enthusiasm and

During my sixteen years in export sales and international business development, I have gained significant
experience of operating in multi-cultural organisations and markets, resulting in a thorough
understanding for the requirements of international market development strategies and operations. My
working roles have demanded both hands-on pro-active sales and marketing strategies, plus sales and
product support of both 3rd party distributor and company sales personnel both “on the ground” and
from a distance; as such I have empathy for the demands of remote international product and project
support. My jobs have demanded visits to international suppliers and customers to assess product
viability and suitability to meet international market needs, during which time I have developed a
thorough understanding of international “route to market” strategies and international service and
supply plans.
Through the Legends Rugby initiative and my ten year involvement with the CNCF Legends charity rugby
team and their regular participation in global rugby events (South East Asia, London, Dubai and South
Africa), I have also developed a thorough understanding and appreciation of event management and
sponsorship, an insight into charity work, grassroots sports initiatives and outreach programmes and
have worked closely alongside current and ex-professional sports people on commercial projects.
