2. How do people from Burma live?
Living in Burma is really great, but how do people really live
here?! All these amazing photos are taken to understand how our
respected neighbors are living. I have interviewed some people
from tea shops. One of these amazing people is U Tun Tun. We
will learn about his way of life.
3. The people of the tea shop
don’t only work in a tea shops,
but also sell all kinds of
vegetables and a Burmese wood
cream that is called Thanaka.
4. These are known as trishaws. Since some people can’t
afford to ride cars they rent these contraptions. It is
the Burmese people’s form of transportation. Because
they don’t own it, they rent trishaws from the city each
day.
5. This is U Tun Tun’s tea
shop kitchen. The
customers always keep
the helpers busy by
making them prepare
food.
6. These children don’t have a
playground to play in like a lot
of children so they use trees
and bicycles as their
playground.
7. This is charcoal at
the back of Miss
Than Than Win’s tea
shop. This is her
charcoal storage
area.
8. The source that the tea shop
people use for fire is wood. U
Tun Tun stores it beside his
tea shop.
9. The cooking is done a lot by
hand. It is mostly because
they cook things which need
peeling.
10. U Tun Tun’s house doesn’t
have as good quality as our
kinds of houses, so this is
what the roof of his tea
shop looks like.
