UK Market Needs
• Wake up!
- More than one/two effective infrastructure providers
- Access to national backhaul resources
- Broad acknowledgement of long term direction
- National planning – possibly not just BT access
UK needs more competition
- Separate Openreach management/reporting
- Remove fibre business rates for 5 years
- Encourage altnets
