6. Phil Stewart: Transformation Director JHG LTD
Phil Stewart is a senior leader with 30 years telecoms experience and a passion for
customer service. Beginning as a apprentice telecoms engineer, Phil has worked
with BT, Cable & Wireless and Virgin Media where he was Virgin’s UK Director of
Customer Service. Currently employed as Transformation Director at John Henry
Group Ltd, Phil is based in Brighton. Outside of work he plays acoustic guitar in his
kitchen (generally alone!) and supports his wife, who provides foster care for
disadvantaged children.
