Saro Agrosciences Ltd is a leading agro-input provider in Nigeria that participated in the Cassava Weed Management Project (CWMP). They collaborated with the project on input sourcing and represented CropLife Nigeria on the project steering committee. Saro found the project was well-planned and executed, with results consistent with observations. The findings addressed cassava weed issues and will help farmers increase yields and income through reduced drudgery. Saro will leverage its distribution network to bring recommended herbicides to farmers, and provide training on safe and effective product use.
