More successful conference than 2009
Continued successful events with increasing attendance (circa 150
in the best cases)
Established branches in Midlands and Bristol with 5 successful
events run to date
Board director with specific responsibility for looking after
volunteers (as key enabler for growth)
Migrated some processes to volunteers
Focus on improving membership processes

Ensure successful Conference
Support 'hand over' of events to Marie from James
Define/refine our 'purpose‘
Publicise and engage community in agreeing/defining the purpose
Establish two more branches - Scotland and Manchester
Ensure existing branches are resilient
Introduce processes to understand our community needs - focus on CoP
Improve membership processes
Establish relationship with PMI as an organization that is aligned to our purpos
