The presentations comes from ACE! conference 2019 where I run my workshops "Systems thinking in action": Local improvement is not a golden middle, adapting frameworks and patterns from other organizations is not a golden middle either. Systems thinking is an effective diagnostics tool in the hands of Agile Coaches and managers. It helps analyze how the dots are connected in terms of elements and processes. It recognizes areas in which you should put time and action if you are interested in problem-solving at the core - actual change in an organization not only local removal of symptoms.
