Hunter Bomar served as a half time intern with our organization this
summer. Through a variety of tasks and projects I found him to be
extremely eager to learn and quick to serve. During his time with SLF
he experienced the breadth of community services and collaborations.
He worked with Churches, faith based Non Profits, and Government
Agencies.
Hunter had the opportunity to serve as a coordinator for a three week
youth development and service learning camp. He provided
mentoring, planning and logistical support for 40 high school students
to serve local non profits in Salem. He was responsive to challenges
and a great communicator.
I would highly recommend Hunter as a volunteer or employee for any
social service position. He is skilled and passionate about helping
people through systems and programs. He worked well with teams
both as a leader and teammate. He also complete tasks and projects
