times rather than 10%

 Never get too far from what market wants

/ ideas openly.

way to bring talented new people into our company
 Hire people with capabilities and learning abilities
 No need of experts
 Role-Related knowledge (job specific)
 Leadership (should know when to follow)
 General cognitive ability (How they think and solve the problems)
 Personality
 Dedicate 70% of the projects to the core business
 Dedicate 20% of the projects to the field relevant
 Dedicate 10% of the projects to the irrelevant to the field
(but should be useful)
 We cannot expect great or suitable ideas from one person
/one team/one department
 Great ideas can be found anywhere and should look for them
every where
 To make smart decisions use data(facts/records) not
suggestions and opinions
 If we focus on users (targeted customers) everything
else will follow us
 Should start with the desire to improve the lives of users
