specially organized for this purpose. www.sangem.org In Sangem, mainly I leaded the works for the
improvements of the companies . The nb. of different factories I visited in this period were 260 and I
worked with 25 different companies for business development .
During my career in Arçelik, I participated in and leaded a world class clustering business in white
goods sector for refrigerator subcontractors. Now, around 30 companies are exporting all around the
world.

19. Publications: Many articles , reports written about business development, personnel qualification
improvements and system improvements in Arçelik’s monthly magazine and many of them are also presented to
the companies consulted . The catalog of Genetive is also a publication. It is available at the attached file .
20.Final: I worked almost in all positions that exists in a factory by the help of the trainings I had in the time. In this
period, I practiced many organizational revisions, system updates and technology turnovers. It was a very good
training for me to see how things are going and what techniques must be applied for long term performance in a big
company. Later, In consultancy works, I visited 200(twohundred) companies in all sizes and I had the chance to see
all the problems that especially SME’s are facing . We really performed perfect results with the managers of many
companies in different sectors . Now, I’m managing a mid-sized factory of a well known brand with a big pleasure
and I ‘m trying to apply all the techniques to improve the system continuously.
6. Between dates August 2013- January 2015, I attending the Executive MBA program of Sabancı University to update
my education, enlarge network and upgrade my CV. In this content, we are educated in Boston, MIT in the Sloan
School of Management. I’m fully satisfied from both of the programs and I feel updated . My transcript and my
