This document provides a 16 step guide to set up and manage business email accounts through HostGator India. It outlines the process to open a HostGator account, register a domain if needed, purchase email accounts, complete payment, access the email management dashboard, add new user accounts, and delete or change existing accounts. 2. Step 1 - Open hostgator.in on your Internet browser.
Go to the Email dropdown from top menu, and click on Business Email.
3. Step 2 - Enter the number of Email accounts you want to buy, and click on Sign Up Now!.
4. Step 3 - If you haven’t already registered a domain name, click on No and register your
preferred domain name with HostGator India. Otherwise, click on Yes.

6. Step 4 – Enter the registered domain name for which you need to buy the Business Email. Then
select the add-on products you want to buy, and click on Continue. You’ll be taken to your
Order Summary Page.
7. Step 5 - Finalize the items in your order summary. Enter a coupon code (if you have one) and
click on Apply, and then click on Continue.

9. Step 6 – Now Log in with your HostGator account, or click on Create an Account if you don’t
have one.
10. Step 7 - Select your preferred payment option, tick the I Agree to the new Customer
Agreement box (after reading it), and click on Pay Now.
11. Step 8 – After you’ve made the payment, go back to the home page and click on My Account
on the top right corner. You’ll be taken to your Dashboard.
12. Step 9 – Go to Manage Orders on your Dashboard, and click on List/Search Orders.
13. Step 10 – From your List of Orders, click on the Domain Name for which you want to create the
business email account(s).
14. Step 11 - Scroll down and click on the Manage Email option under Email.
16. Step 13 - Fill out the required details, such as Name, Display Name, the Desired Email Address
you want to register, an Alternate Email Address, Country of User and Language of User .
Once you’ve filled out all the information, click on Add User.
17. Step 14 – Congratulations, your Business Email account has just been created! The window will
now display your Email Address, Password and Webmail URL to access your email account.
18. Step 15 – If you want to change your business Email account, go to Manage Users/Accounts on
the same window.
19. Step 16 – Select the Email that you no longer need (or want to change), and click on Delete.
This will delete the selected Email account along with its data, and allow you to create a new
one in its place.
