Objective: To combine my 15-years of experience in Construction Management, Manufacturing
Engineering Degree, and 3 years in Manufacturing Product Validation with my passion for physical
fitness to develop my career in Sports Engineering.
Major Skillsets
Lab Supervision: Fixture design, customer requirement review. Lab Management. Technician
training, R&R Studies, calibration of transducers, test stands, temperature probes, accumulators, and
current channels. Validation Lab Equipment design and operation.
Product Redesign: GD&T to recreate / redesign products to improve productivity and functionality
and decrease costs.
Project Management: Manage laboratory for multiple product end-testing dates to meet program
goals. Develop core supplier and vendor group to ensure that outsourced tasks are conducted on time

Resident Product Engineer - Product Expertise: Validation Testing for Automotive Aluminum
Castings, Modules, Solenoids
Manage test program to verify test plans and projects meet the test design intent, including details such
as specifications, equipment, and calibration. Design and set up lab instrumentation and operation.
Supervise Durability Lab in implementing continuous improvement / Kaizen projects. Organize testing
phase, documentation, and testing cycles, and ensuring all program management dates are met.
Program, design, and support debugging LabView Source Code for test stands. Equip and develop lab
to ensure product testing meets customer specifications. Devise work instructions for lab operation and
technician/ operator training. Compile and present results of test and teardowns to engineering
colleagues. Conduct R&R studies, correlation, and problem solving to validate test equipment and
improve product. Lead and participate in focus group design reviews for product improvements.
Accomplishments: Redesigned two components for aftermarket production to improve and promote
cost saving.
