• Rape is a criminal offence in Pakistan. Punishment for rape in
Pakistan under the Pakistani laws is either death penalty or
imprisonment of between ten and twenty-five years.
• There are at least 11 rape cases reported in Pakistan every day
with over 22,000 rape cases reported to police across the country
in the last six years, according to official statistics

• In 2019, Government of Pakistan established more than 1,000
special courts across the country.
• We as a NGO give place the victims giving them justice , or place where they
highlights Their issues , SAR is committed to work towards creating a rape free
society. It endeavors to work on all social, legal, medical and administrative
issues that could help either in the reduction of such acts of violence or support,
facilitate and improve human rights and conditions for survivors.

• These special courts would focus only on addressing the issues related to
violence against women in Pakistan. The establishment of special courts
were hailed by many human right organizations.

• Overall, the statistics about sexual abuse are patchy because many
cases are not reported due to social taboos and fear of reprisal. The
actual number of sexual crimes is thought to be much higher.

8. RAPE CASES: 5 TO 12 AGES
• In March, Islamabad passed a law on the recovery of kidnapped
children and the prevention of child abuse.
• The federal government as well as those of Pakistan’s four
provinces have also adopted several more laws to protect children
from abuse.

• 5 to 12: The cases of these children age group are reported on a high
note in pakistan. These children go through a lot of pain . They usually
not survive due to pain and if not they are strangled to death. In these
type of cases, we as a NGO will help them to get justice for them. Many
cases have been reported last year in Pakistan. 9% of girls rape cases
were reported. Many cases were publically dicsussed and there were
proper marches to get justice for them. As zainab case,khadija case and
many more. in these cases we are going to fight their cases in courts and
try to get justice for them

• In the 2014 Layyah rape murder incident, on 19 June 2014, a 21-year-old
woman was gang raped and murdered in Layyah district, Punjab province of
Pakistan.[33]In September 2014, three sons of Mian Farooq, a ruling party
parliamentarian from Faisalabad, were accused of abducting and gang raping
of a teenage girl.

the same city, a 13-year-old boy was intoxicated and sexually assaulted by two men belonging
to an influential family

informal village council accused of ordering the rape of a 16-year-old girl as
revenge for her brother's alleged sexual assault of another girl.
• The Supreme Court also requested a report on the case, which echoed a
notorious case from 2002 in which another teenager was gang-raped on a local
council's order.

these type of cases girls are mostly mentally disturbed.
Many times the girls are abandoned due to the so called
respect of the families in society. We as a NGO will help
them to get out of the tragedic incident. The girls feel
themselves inferior in the society and are afraid of
walking in the society. We will help them to get out of
this with the help of therapies with the experienced
therapists. Also we are going to help them in making
them comfortable and confident in every aspect of life.
We will be responsible for there expenses for daily basic
needs, seek justice,study expenses and in future
expenses and all the responsibilities of their marriage.
15. RAPE CASES : 19 TO 35
• In 2002, 30-year-old Mukhtaran Bibi(Mukhtār Mā'ī) was gang raped on the orders of
the village council as an "honour rape" after allegations that her 12-year-old brother had had
sexual relations with a woman from a higher caste.[23] Although custom would expect her
to commit suicide after being raped,[24][25][26] Mukhtaran spoke up, and pursued the case,
which was picked up by both domestic and international media
• A 23-year-old woman in Faisalabad made public accusations against the police, saying her
husband had been arrested for creating forged documents; she alleges she was raped on the
orders of the chief of police for her actions. The officer was suspended but not arrested.

• 19 to 35: in these cases many victims are married so they are thrown out of
the house by their in laws. We are going to keep them and help them in their
life. Their basic needs and other life expenses. We will help them in learning
new courses. Then they will be able to earn by themselves and not feel
pressed as they are living on someone else expenses because many people
have the thing inside them which is called self respect. They cannot live on
someone else. So we are going to help them and also we can help them in
getting re-married. We will help them in getting justice also.
