Summary of experience 1980/1985 : 8 month’s diving training Royal Dutch Navy, starting 14th of January 1980. During 6 years as a navy clearance diver received three letters of recommendation from supreme commander of the Royal Dutch Navy concerning salvage jobs. 1985/1991 : Started free-lance diving carreer after leaving the Royal Dutch Navy in August 1985. In these years I was involved in inspection as well as construction and salvage contracts for all the main oil company’s in the North Sea. Contracted by diving company’s such as Holland Diving, Dutch Diving, Wijsmuller, Energy, Smit Waalhaven, Raaymakers and Noordhoek. 1991 untill present day : Became a full time Air diving Supervisor where I was involved in all the underwater activities possible on inspection, construction, salvage and UXO projects on a more international base. This again for the main oil company’s while contracted by Diving company’s such as Dutch Diving (later Bluestream), GB Diving (later Smit Subsea Europe, later BOSS), Smit Subsea Singapore, Noordhoek, DUC, Deco, Wijsmuller, Smit Salvage Holland, Fraser, Algosaibi, Bo Dive, Multra Ship, Disa, Scaldis and Mammoet. During this period I have also been contracted as OCM for Noordhoek and Bluestream and have been a representative for Smit Salvage in Russia, for Maersk Oil & Gas in Denmark and for Mammoet Salvage in Argentina.   • 2. Summary of experience 1980/1985 : 8 month’s diving training Royal Dutch Navy, starting 14th of January 1980. During 6 years as a navy clearance diver received three letters of recommendation from supreme commander of the Royal Dutch Navy concerning salvage jobs. 1985/1991 : Started free-lance diving carreer after leaving the Royal Dutch Navy in August 1985. In these years I was involved in inspection as well as construction and salvage contracts for all the main oil company’s in the North Sea. Contracted by diving company’s such as Holland Diving, Dutch Diving, Wijsmuller, Energy, Smit Waalhaven, Raaymakers and Noordhoek. 1991 untill present day : Became a full time Air diving Supervisor where I was involved in all the underwater activities possible on inspection, construction, salvage and UXO projects on a more international base. This again for the main oil company’s while contracted by Diving company’s such as Dutch Diving (later Bluestream), GB Diving (later Smit Subsea Europe, later BOSS), Smit Subsea Singapore, Noordhoek, DUC, Deco, Wijsmuller, Smit Salvage Holland, Fraser, Algosaibi, Bo Dive, Multra Ship, Disa, Scaldis and Mammoet.
