3.  Institutions responsible /deals with corruption
in Ethiopia are :-
 Federal Ethics and anti Corruption Commission
 Federal Police Commission
 Regional anti Corruption Commission
 Under the current Reform ,FEACC is directly
accountable to FDRE parliament .
 FEACC has two big branches ( Diredawa and
addis Ababa)

4. Public participation is key and essential for the
Fight against corruption. Based on this :-
Under the FEACC Establishment proclamation ,
FEACC had given a mandate of Mobilizing Societies
in the fight against corruption through awareness
creation and synthesizing programs.
The proclamation also clearly indicated that
FEAC has a mandate to Mobilizing and engaging
with stakeholders , Ethics officers , Civil Societies
and Ethics clubs in the fight against Corruption

5.  Based On the mandate given to the FEACC , FEACC
has Established a separate Directorate Called
Ethics infrastructure Coordinating directorate that
deals with :-
 Identifying
 Coordinating
 Advising and
 Supporting Civil Societies in the fight against
Corruption and promoting Ethics across the
Society
 support regions to work closely with civil societies
in the fight against Corruption .

6.  Creating awareness and Provide training
Continually on Ethics and anti Corruption areas to
:-
 Their Members
 Local societies
 Government Employees and leaders
 Communities
 In collaboration with Other stake holders ,
Preparing and Conducting different discussion
Forums

7.  Playing an Advocate role on Effect of
Corruption on democracy , Economic and
Social aspect of Ethiopia
 Providing corruption offense information to
pertinent organization and Good governance
issues to the attention of Government .
