 US OILFIELD CO, LLC (Industrial equipment lessor and solids control service provider to oil rig
drillers, 75 employees). Retained for fixed 90-day term by CEO to mitigate problems emerging
from recent high-growth phase, including critical cash flow issues. Led investment-banking

dynamic budgeting/ forecasting tools for fund-raising efforts of BOD under intense deadline of
