Lead Accounting, MIS, and Human Resource groups for a $200 million US based multinational wholesaler of welding
consumables. Accountable for all financial objectives of the corporation, including all bank and financial relationships.
Responsible for policies, controls and reporting systems.
Developed budgets for all affiliates, Responsible for finding, and correcting any negative adjustments to the budget, and
growing positive developments. Work with all tax entities, including successfully working through five IRS audits with no
adjustments.
Direct the financial, banking and administrative functions of company’s foreign owned operations in Canada, Mexico, England
and UAE. Accountable for performance of these units. Grew UAE operation from scratch to the most profitable arm of the
company.
Responsible for all Human Resource policies and procedures. Managed change of payroll providers and installed automatic
time management system. Refocused 401K plan, which increased participation by 10% and consumerized Health Care plan,
keeping overall health care costs at a level rate for three consecutive years.
Oversaw the RFP process for the 401K and group healthcare plans, and subsequently managed the conversions to new
providers.
Responsible for setting direction of MIS group. Managed three complete hardware upgrades (I series platform) and one ERP
software upgrade. Set parameters for technology expenditures.
Due diligence point person during the successful acquisition of OKI Supply Co. by United Stationers, Inc. in 2012. Working
with OKI CEO and outside OKI council, realized an above-market price. Throughout eight month process presented and
discussed all sides of OKI practices with the relevant business units of United Stationers.
Installed Activity Based Costing software (Acorn). Initiated a service charge system on past due A/R which generated over
$100,000 in income annually.

Developed new loan growth of over $300 million with no charge offs. This resulted in a managed $220M commercial loan
portfolio. Called on companies with $50 million to $1billion in revenues through-out the state of Indiana.
Advised clients with the implementation of complex financial services including interest rate derivatives, international letters of
credit, cash management, leasing, and investment products.
Through cross selling and loan development, produced over $2.3 million in income annually, resulting in one of the top
