Hendra has over 11 years of experience in IT operations and services in ITSM environment. He has proven ability to identify
problem, analyze possible solutions and determine best course of action to meet objectives as per SLA. His career journey has
bring him into careful and conscientious person in determine the action execution. He is a customer oriented person, self-
motivated and drive the result oriented. Customer satisfaction is a must as professional service standard. He is a rapid learner
