We want Birmingham to be a city where every
citizen can eat an affordable healthy diet, enjoys
occasional treats, and knows that the food they
eat is ethical and environmentally sustainable.
We want Birmingham to be a city where the
food economy is vibrant and reflects the
diversity of our communities, and is financially
successful and sustainable contributing to a
circular economy for food which reduces waste
and maximises the local assets of the city and
west midlands region.
