18. Rafa has been working on advertising since 1991. Bachelor of Arts in
Business Administration. Major in Marketing.
He has worked at JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi and Vitruvio Leo Burnett and
before joining Havas WW, he worked almost 10 years at El Laboratorio as
General Director and partner.
Throughout his career, Rafa has worked for strategic clients and very
focused on results of all areas, hygiene, food sector, automotive and
telephony services, including: Procter & Gamble, Mercedes, Volvo, R Cable
Gallego, Kellogg´s, McDonald´s, J&J, Visa, Hewlett-Packard, Phillip Morris,
Repsol, Acer, Vileda.
He considers the agency as a continuation of the client and defends that the
best strategies and creativities comes from the best business relations
between both sides.

Manuel has won 9 Cannes lions, 21 “El Sol” awards (including 1 Grand
Prix), 3 gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze at the Spanish Efi Awards, 6 FIAP,
Eurobest, New York Festival and more than 35 mentions in the Spanish
Creative’s Club anuary.
Manuel has been Jury at the Eurobest, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and

20. Alberto is Havas WW Spain´s Strategy and Accounts General Director. He has
been head of Strategy at Euro RSCG and BBDO, Clients Services Manager at
MRM (McCann) and Orbital BBDO, where he worked for several markets and
clients.
He also worked as Marketing Director for Greenpeace, Prisacom (PRISA),
Hosup.com, and Advertising, Research and PR Manager for Mapfre Vida.
Alberto was key planner for clients such as: Peugeot, Chivas, Greenpeace,
Endesa, BBVA, Simyo, Abbott, Banesto, Puleva, Kraft Foods, Grefusa,
Vodafone, Telefónica, Nivea, Vichy, Diageo, Volvo, L’Oréal.

Alfonso´s career started in the digital world after he graduated from Advertising and
PR and finished his Executive MBA.
He leaded 3 reknown agencies in the digital sector (Storm, Mas Madera, Grey).
He actually leads the interactive unit for Havas Worldwide Spain.
Alfonso developed projects for clients such as: Telefónica, Movistar, BBVA, Peugeot,
Endesa, Banco Santander, Cajamadrid, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury Schweppes,

He is married and has two kids, a 3 years old boy and a 7 years old girl. He loves
extreme sports. He practices surf, skate, agressive roller and airsoft (he manages
the matches and the unique social network in Spain of this sport). He is passionate
about techonology and videogames.
22. Sonia Carbajal
Directora General Social Media
Sonia is General manager for the Social Media department in Havas WW Digital
Spain.
Her first work experiences were around Social Media, in international cooperation
and innovation projects. She then started working as consultant on technologic
trends for big companies such as BBVA, and also for public administrations like the
Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores. She specializes on network intelligence,
knowledge management and building corporate platforms. The birth of Social
networks, leads her to gain interest in how these channels give options to
companies so as to be influencers with their communication.
Social media marketing and the strong belief that you can be successful doing
good, ended up by gathering both passions, leading her to dedicate full time to
advertising and innovation. She created and lead the strategic planning department
for Social Noise.

Sonia graduated from Law School and a Master in Gender and cultural diversity.
She is also techinician in social intervention programs.
She loves paragliding and has a border collie who is convinced that she is only a
sheep.
23. Alfonso has spent 12 years dedicated to the world of communication, but is still
unable to explain to his parents what he does.
Director of the divison of Transmedia in Havas WW, where turns his experience
in the world of offline and online advertising in large agencies like McCann,
TiempoBBDDO, and the Havas group.
Transform and connect ideas, people, solutions and emotions are the
cornerstones of his career.
He has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Complutense, and
continuing education through the IAB, IE, Wharton and especially their peers.

capacity as a parent of two earthquakes of 3 and 1 year. Happily married.

Now she is Account Director at Havas WW Spain.
