• Before the presentation:
Anticipate questions
• During Q&A session:
Listen
Understand
Repeat the question out loud
Credit the person
Respond to the question

• Never invite or allow an audience to interrupt a
speech.
• Be prepared to deal summarily with a member
of the audience who wishes to make a speech
of his own.
• Don’t let the session to drag on.

One sadist person ,whose aim is to break the
speaker’s mood.
A questionnaire who is never satisfied.
• Difficult questions:
Beware of false answers, its better to say I do not
know.

Discussion sessions are important elements of
any presentation. Good questions and answers do
not just happen, but rather they are planned as
carefully as good speeches and presentations are
planned.
