This document provides instructions for an activity called "Listening to a Mindfulness Bell" which aims to help children learn focus and control of their attention by having them close their eyes and raise their hand when they can no longer hear a bell rung by the teacher, in order to create calmness, increase awareness of hearing, improve listening skills, and encourage being present in the moment.

1. LISTENING TO A MINDFULNESSBELL

Description:
Children close their eyes and the teacher rings a bell. Children
open their eyes and raise their hands when they no longer
hear the bell.
