  1. Introduce my self and why I make this PPT class 420, choose for brand Toyota
  2. Toyota is a car manufacturer that shapes its own image as reliable and economic. Toyota emphasizes its focus on cars and small-size family use trucks, attracting its target market segment: mid-tier families, the biggest segment of car retail industry. They use 6 ways to target audience.
  3. Toyota did a great job on social media. different social media use different things I find that, base on different social media is focus on different age of people, Toyota use different word and different way to talk about same thing.
  4. * 73 accouts is good bit too much, talk in next slide. *Toyota has 73 Facebook accounts, focusing on various themes, such as accounts for regional sales, various product lines, as well as charity and social awareness (Unmetric.) Moreover, these accounts interact with each other frequently, such as that Toyota local dealers would share the posts of Toyota USA and resonates Toyota’s social media campaigns ^ Even look at that, I feel annoing.

  6. 73 is really too over, these extensive coverages and repetitive social media marketing might irritate and annoy certain customers. Yet, it is rather annoying when all Toyota related social media accounts were all posting about one event. Toyota marketing team of Toyota corporation encourages the dealers to repost or retweet the content from Toyota’s official account. In this case, all accounts are essentially sharing the same content coming from one unique post. Different Toyota accounts could join the discussions by reposting or retweeting the original post with their comments and thoughts. This alternative method still guarantees a similar wide coverage but also reinforces the fanbase of the brand’s official corporation account. Delate some unnecessary accout There is no commuication with fans, no question no answer. Build relationship with consumers.
