Landscape Survey Analysis
Here are the results from the survey I conducted and sent out to the public in
order to collect feedback for my Landscape Photography Series.
Question 1:
This is the first question I asked on my survey. I asked what they thought on the general
quality of my images. 6 people answered excellent, 5 people answered good, and 1
person answered ‘needs some work’.I asked this in order tofind out if they enjoyed my
images as a set and find out their opinion of the whole set instead of individual images. I
think this shows my images stand very well as a set and the public think the quality of
my images are great.
Answers:
57.14% (8 people) –
Excellent
35.71% (5 people) – Good
7.14% (1 person) – Needs
some work
0% (No one) – Could do
better

in these images either enhances the images, or lessens the quality of the images. 6
people answered ‘Enhance, it adds quality to the images’ and 8 people answered
‘Enhance, howevercould be a bit better. I think these results show that a lot of people
liked the use of colourin my images, howeverif I were to improve I would maybe tone
the colours down and make them less vibrant.

it adds quality to the image.

This is the fourth question I included on my survey.I asked if they liked the use of
brightness in my images. 10 people answered ‘Yes, it’s fitting withthe images as a
whole’ and 4 people answered ‘Yes, howevercould improve a bit’. I think these results
show that the majority of people liked the way I had used brightness in my images,
howeverif I were to improve them I wouldmaybe tone down the brightness forsome of
my images as they may looka bit over-exposed due to the colour of the dull, white sky.

71.43% (10 people) – Yes, its fitting
with the images as a whole
28.57% (4 people) – Yes, however

‘yes, a lot’. I think these results show that I definitely edited my images well and
correctly, howeverif I were to improve I woulddefinitely take the images on a better
day with better weather so I didn’t have to edit the sky as much as I previously had too.
