We are looking for a young, energetic and self-motivated, dynamic individual to join our company
as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
JOB Description
 Coordination and follow up with the senior management of the group companies with
regard to operational and strategic management decisions.
 Handling all confidential and official communications of the MD’s office and maintaining an
effective filing system.
 Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes and provide general
assistance during the meeting.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
 Degree from a recognized University/ diploma or any other professional qualification
and/or successful completion of A/L.
 Minimum 2 years work experience in similar capacity.
 High level of interpersonal skills, intelligence and computer literacy.
 Fluent in English Language both spoken & written with excellent interpersonal skills.
 Female below 30 years of age.
