Summary
Evaluation of MLS real estate data governing the Manhattan Beach market revealed a $331K or 17.2% increase in the median
sales price and a 4.9% drop in the median days to sell. However, moving in negative territory total sales fell 20.5%, net listings
decreased 5.7% and the sales-listing ratio adjusted down 15.7%. Year-over-year the median sales price did improve $600K or
36.3% for the month of July.

  • 13. Summary Evaluation of MLS real estate data governing the Manhattan Beach market revealed a $331K or 17.2% increase in the median sales price and a 4.9% drop in the median days to sell. However, moving in negative territory total sales fell 20.5%, net listings decreased 5.7% and the sales-listing ratio adjusted down 15.7%. Year-over-year the median sales price did improve $600K or 36.3% for the month of July.
