13. Summary
Real estate investment activity picked up in Hermosa Beach to close out 2015 with total sales climbing 25% month-over-month.
Other improved metrics include 11.36% increase in the median sales prices, an 8.11% drop in median days to sell, and a 55.41%
spike in the sales-listing ratio. Similar trending behavior was recorded for year-over-year December data points.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “For 2015 as a whole, a preliminary figure of 407,060 single-family homes closed escrow in
California, up 6.4 percent from a revised 382,720 in 2014.”
