Month-over-month, Redondo Beach real estate investment in August was a bit sluggish as total sales dropped 1.2%, median days
to sell held constant at 0%, and the sales-listing ratio fell 9.7%. On a positive note the median sales price increased 4.7% while net
listings improved 9.5%. Year-over-year months of inventory data point remained unchanged at 2.0.
