- 4. Weekly HAR Market Stat With 2012 just around the corner, the most recent data show buyers continued to exceed their November 2010 purchase volumes. Sellers weren't so keen, posting fewer newly-listed properties in the MLS than at this time last year. With roughly 87.5 percent of 2011 data in the books, the clever observers will start snapping sneak peeks of annual statistics and watch YTD numbers a bit closer than usual. In the Houston region, for the week ending November 20: • New Listings decreased 8.8% to 1,684 • Pending Sales increased 24.5% to 1,172 • Closed Sales decreased 4.4% to 1,010
