In order of priority:
1. (V.1) Redesign of Landing Page to convey two main simultaneous points:
a. Stronger potentiality for higher price realization (vs. trade-in) when using
the Mota services. This may include flash elements.
b. Higher convenience factor (in the cases of both Managed and DIY).
2. (V.2) Creation of Value Proposition Page. This may include flash elements.
3. (F.6) Design MIT/Pricing Page to incorporate dynamic module that.
demonstrates relationship between price realization and length of time to sell.
4. (F.7) Improve cust exp on the IVR page to better and more visually explain
what this function is.
5. (F.8) Improve overall page design to better recap the registration process and
educate seller as to next steps.
6. (F.1 through F.8 and G.1 through G.3) Current functional page layouts
are in wireframe format.
a. Generally upgrade the layout, add supporting graphical elements, and
improve the customer experience.
b. Design changes are to be based off of the existing general design
scheme, and are limited in scope to the yellow and blue regions
highlighted in the screenshot below.
Note: a preliminary business requirements spec (with logical functional groupings
defined) has already been produced for MyMota ver 1.5. Mark can provide you with a
