Position: Trainee Estimator
Location: Birmingham, UK
Salary: Dependent on skills and experience.
Hours: Full-time position.

The Role:
Aurora Graphics are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn Estimator! No experience in the
industry or job role is necessary, as full training will be provided.
The right candidate will work alongside our Senior Accounts Team, producing both simple & complex
quotes over a broad range of wide format print manufacturing capabilities. This comes with excellent
career prospects, as there is the potential for the candidate to progress into a more senior position or
sales role.
The Ideal Candidate:
ü Driven & self motivated, with a strong desire to learn and progress.
ü The ability to work both independently & with a team, under pressure in a fast moving
environment.
ü A positive disposition with effective interpersonal skills, able to work well with a senior account
team to manage a portfolio of demanding high net worth clients.
ü The ability to source high quality materials at the best price, cultivating strong relationships with
suppliers and communicating effectively.
ü Highly competent with good planning, organisational skills and attention to detail.
ü Excellent numeracy skills to ensure quotes are always right.
ü Ability to prioritise, thinking both logically and methodically to manage workload.
