To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Greg Creech for the excellent service he
provides to IAAP and our members during our conferences and in-house learning venues. In my opinion, the
level of knowledge and expertise that Greg exhibits during his presentations is extraordinary and well beyond
our expectations.
In an era where exceptional customer service, product knowledge, comradery, and the drive for a personal
touch has virtually disappeared from any industry, the work that Greg does should be held up as an example
for others to try to emulate. He truly is a remarkable presenter that will keep participants fully engaged and
