This document provides instructions for transforming leftover sardines into two dishes: 1) Sardine bread: Leftover sardines are mashed with margarine and mixed with optional leftover meat. The mixture is fried with onions and spread on bread slices before pan frying. 2) Sardine pancakes: A batter is made from rice flour, plain flour, and water, then mixed with the sardine mixture. Small amounts are fried into pancakes to use up extra sardines. The recipes aim to reduce food waste and find new uses for leftovers.
