Goran Mirkovic was employed by First Beat Media Inc. as an Ad Management
Administrator from March of 2013 through June of 2014. He reported directly to me
during this period. Goran was responsible for creating and monetizing a lot of the
content that was used on one of our marketing projects. Goran was different than
many other employees who had the same job title. He was not afraid to share his
thoughts on how the project could be better. It was actually refreshing to exchange
ideas with him. He increased revenue for the project directly with his performance.
It is unfortunate for First Beat Media that Goran decided to pursue other interests. I
respected his decision and was not upset because of how good an employee he
was. I would highly recommend him for any position that he would now choose to
pursue.
