from where she started and where she stands today . She summarizes her
experience of about 15 years as a period “Full Of Learning”.
She was alumni from the 2000-2002 batch of WeSchool .After completing
the course she started it with L & T infotech where she was a key member
in implemented change management and today she is head-business
HR(Ops) & employee relations and has a diverse experience in dealing
with multicultural business.

as to get proficiency in your profession .Some of them are:-

• She also points out that adaptability comes when you are open to

• HR professionals have become business partners today

According to Ms.Sareeta the key growth drivers of HR industry for next 5
years would be :-

As per her views weakness of HR industry lies in staying away of HR people
from numbers but for the growth of a particular individual or a organization
HR people must have an idea over the numbers which are affecting the
profit/loss of their organization.
One of major threat to HR industry as per Sareeta’s view is growing of
automation that is taking some of their activities.
5. Manpower challenges of HR business mainly lies in two major factors i.e.
DEMAND & SUPPLY.
For growth of an individual she points out that one must not be specialist in
one field but also have generalized idea of other fields ,that would surely
point out the different ones from herd of people.
To survive in cooperate world she advices:-
1) Set your own benchmarks and exceeding them in regular intervals is
necessary.
2) Do not promise things that you cant deliver.
3) Continuously reinvent yourself.
4) Don’t forget to ASK.
At the end she spoke about creative innovation in field of HR industry must
be linked to business implementations.

Spoke about his professional journey, he was the alumni of WeSchool from batch
‘205-2007’ in Marketing Management. After completion of course he joined jumbo
electronics which is located at Dubai.
Over the years he worked in start-ups, Electronics and rewards & loyalty
segments. He plays the diverse job role. He works in the different industries in the
marketing role.
At the larger level flexibility is the most important because in marketing needs
skill to go ahead and sell something.
7. Marketing is about “BUSINESS with numbers”.
Targets are very important part of what we do.
He said Business degree giving a good lift or push carrier. We learned lots of
things but looking at implementation of what you learned to actually how you
would exhibit that the job. Knowing how to use information actually at work.
It is a great platform to go out there and do things but is to read about the
industry is must important not put mind only on books.
When he was asked about where students should focus on while in college
so as to make their career ,he points:-

Spoke about her journey, she was alumni from the batch of ‘2003-2005’ PGDM,
Marketing and Retail from We School. She started professional carrier in 2005
after the course as an Asst. Manager at Pantaloons Retails India Ltd. Today she
is the Manager- Promotions planning & Execution Excellence at Big Bazar.
Spoke highly on how did retail happen to you , she is very keen on corporate
communications for till about a month before a placement season. She went to
Dr. Pragya ram.
11. Dr. Pragya Ram mentoring her to become a proper corporate for a job of
source and that point of time, it was very recently first pantaloons store
started.
She wanting to go there and stand there for hours and trying to notice what
is happening. She love the this place. she love the way staff is attending.
She stands and thinks “will this customer buy or not buy”, “How customer
feels”. She realized this is far more exciting for her, then the corporate
communation she had chasing. She is friendly that is well. But she think the
match or love for retail is unchallenged. She did not want to go in retail
industry. But her mentor pushes to go and attend. She faces so many
projects. She said this is very excited.

some formats work much better for example international food works much
better in west and north well known the north is demonstrative. She said to

Contracting strategy which is focused towards the construction

II. Vendor Analysis
There are many type of contracts available in the markets but we choose
the right type of contract to modify as per work of scope.
14. In Contracts selection process there are some major types of
contracts which are available in the market :
- Lump sum contract.
- Item contract contract.
- Cost plus contract.
- BOT (Built Operate and Transfer)
- Labour contract.
In vendor analysis , first we identify the vendors:
After knowing the scope of work to be awarded, the basic criteria is
known to Search the vendors which fits into basic criteria, list them up for
analysis.
15. Then we compare the vendors on the parameters fixed, based on
the scope of work. Ratings and weightage defined the requirement of the
project. Then we shortlist the vendors who are top of the rating scale. Pre
qualify the vendors for the job, based on the parameters which includes
performance, quality, health and environment safety.
• Contracting strategy is to choose the right type of contract and to modify
the contract to suit the requirement as per scope of work. Select the
competent vendors for the type of contract selected and scope of work.
Award the works to the best available vendor at lowest price.

When i said colour “ORANGE” what are you think, the brand border font
